The Nanaimo Foundation is in the beginning stages of strategic growth aimed at significantly increasing the Foundation’s granting capacity while securing an on-going ability to administrate the organization. The Nanaimo Foundation, with $3 million and 8 different funds under management, has capacity to serve needs in the community in direct proportion to our ability to preserve and enhance our financial assets.

As a registered Canadian charity, the Nanaimo Foundation is required to file an annual T3010 report with the Canada Revenue Agency, detailing its fundraising, administration, executive compensation, and other costs. Additionally, in the T3010, you can find the Nanaimo Foundation’s total fundraising revenues, total fundraising expenses, and total expenditures on charitable activities/programming.
