“It is very easy to fall into a silo when you are trying to fund your organization day to day and this cohort experience allows you to break away from that constraint and think more along a long-term horizon.” – Robert Bateman Foundation

Thriving Non Profits is a six-month cohort program for non-profit and charitable organizations looking to increase their long-term financial sustainability and deepen their impact by developing a range of strategies.
Thriving Non Profits is developed and delivered by Scale Collaborative, supported by Victoria Foundation, and sponsored by Coast Capital Savings.
Thriving Non Profits has been operating in Victoria for five years, helping organizations shift from scarcity to abundance, and from short-term projects to long-term outcomes. Scale Collaborative, is pleased to bring the Thriving Non Profits Program to central and northern Vancouver Island.
Participating organization team
Each participating organization will have a three-person team who will all take part in workshops and receive coaching tailored to your goals between workshop sessions. Ideally this team would be a board member, executive director and a senior staff person.
